DRAGON BOAT ISRAEL is a joint Canada-Israel initiative to introduce the sport of dragon boat racing to Israel. The two day festival, which features boats from all over the world, will bring people to the north of Israel for an exciting, team-focused event.
The Dragon Boat Israel Festival will be held on the southern shore of Lake Kinneret (also called the Sea of Galilee), which is the largest body of fresh water in Israel. Lake Kinneret is located in northern Israel. We will be hosted by the Ma'agan Holiday Village (pictured, right) and the Ohalo Boating Club.
